Shipping Process
If you ordered everything are in-stocked it usually takes us 2-3 days to prepare and then ship out;
If you ordered Group Buy products in your order. It could take 1-3 months to deliver.
If your ordered both in-stock items and the group buy products, everything will be packed for you until the group buys products are ready. ( We suggest you split the order If you want to receive the in-stock items first)
At last, it will take FedEx/DHL around 3-10 business days to deliver the package after the packing process.
Shipping Disclaimers
- ALOHAKB is NOT responsible for any kind of shipping courier issues (e.g. delayed delivery, delivered but missing, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, etc.). However, we will do our best to resolve them with our couriers and customers.
- ALOHAKBis NOT responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes.
