Refund Policy

  • Return requests are accepted within five days of product delivery. Any return/exchange requests that have expired will no longer be available.
  • For eligible returns, the item must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging, and the original packaging must be undamaged or minimally damaged.
  • As part of the return, you will need to attach a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer will need to pay the return freight if the customer's refund is not due to quality problems.

If the item received is damaged or defective, it can be exchanged. Only the same item can be exchanged, preferably by Email or Discord,Contact us to request an exchange.
